The given bar charts clearly illustrate weather students from different age groups (under 26, 26_29, 30_39, 40_49, over 49) study for career or for interest and get support from their employers. The information is given in percentage.

At first glance, students who are younger choose to study up to 80% for career and only 10% of them decide to study for interest. Based on the chart this trend drops when 60% of students choose to study for future jobs when they are in 30s while for interest increase dramatically. According to the chart as students get older, they pay more attention to their interest and in their 40s select to study equally for career and interest. Finally they choose to study for interest in their 50s.

As it is mentioned on the chart in employers support about 75% of young students and they pay more attention to them but this trend does not remain and this amount drops by 37% when the students are in their 30s. However, in their 40s and over this support is increased gradually and is reached to around 45%.

In conclusion, it seems that employers are supporting the young students to invest on them for the future of their company.
