The charts below show the results of a questionnaire that asked visitors to the Parkway Hotel how they rated the hotel's customer service. The same questionnaire was given to 100 guests in the years 2005 and 2010.
Given are two pie charts depicting the final results of a survey recorded by tourists regarding their comments on the customer service in Parkway Hotel in two distinct years, 2005 and 2010.
It is conspicuous that the visitors’ attitude responded to a positive reaction about the hotel’s service that the poor-rate plunged significantly while the reverse was true for that of good and excellent opinion during the time frame.
When it comes to negative feedback, over one-fifth of guests feel the customer's service at the hotel was terrible and a 15% poor impression was recorded in 2005. Nevertheless, these percentages experienced a remarkable decrease to 12% and 4% respectively over a period of 5 years. In addition, the majority of travelers thought they were satisfied with the service but the proportion fell to 17% in 2010.
Regarding positive responses, the minority gave excellent service with only 5%; however, the feedback leaped over fivefold over time. Furthermore, 39% of guests gave a good impression in 2010 compared to 14% in 2005.
