The percentage of voters experienced about the Parkway hotel’s customer service over five-year period is illustrated in the pie charts.
Overall, the hotel had successfully managed the customer service performance was seen from a significant improvement in passengers felt excellent. Also, by far visitors experienced well performance was the highest proportion in 2010.
In 2005, more than two-fifth of an average guest experienced satisfactory about customer service. Voters felt excellent as well as good performance showed small proportion compared to others, the figure for the former was 5% and the latter was seen 14%. Both proportion in poor and very poor performance which was experienced by passengers showed 21% and 15% respectively.
By 2010, voters felt good about hotel customer service had increased dramatically by 25, and again a significant rise had seen in visitors experienced excellent of customer service performance. In spite of the fact that guest who felt satisfied had plummeted gradually from 45 to 17 percent, a big decline also had been seen in passengers felt poor as well as very poor about the customer service.
