The charts give information about adult literacy. The first one give explanations of grown-ups' decisions to take courses.The pie chart expresses people's perspectives of how the costs of adult education should be divided.
Looking from an overall perspective, the majority of adults took courses because of their liking for the subjects.And the costs of courses should be principally funded by learners themselves.
In the first chart, 40% was the figure for group of adults taking courses for interest.Came second in the chart is people whose desiration is to obtain high qualifications this group accounted for 38%, just 2% fewer than that of the afore-mentioned group.Ranging from 20 to 22% are leaners engaging courses for being handy for theirs running jobs , improving prospects of promotion or enjoying studying.Other reasons which are to be able to chang their field of work , to meet strangers are 12% and 9% respectively.
Regarding the costs of courses.Individuals are main benefactors of the courses, Paying for 40% of the total. Employers also have their responsibilty for about 35%. One-fourth of the total charge is paid by taxpayers
