The given pie charts illustrates the level of satisfaction about the services of university’s library based on groups of full-time and part-time pupils.
Overall, more students prefer opening time of library than its support of IT while more part-time students are unhappy with both services.
In is obviously seen that most full-time students totally satisfies with the aid of IT, at 55%. In a sharp contrast, there is 45% part-time students who said that they dislike these type of service compared to just 13% of full-time students. However, the percentage of students who are quite happy in both students is quite similar, with 32% of full-time students and 35% of part-time students
In the term of satisfaction for opening time, most of full-time and part-time pupils are totally happy with this service, with 67% and 32% respectively. Nearly no one in full-time students group dislikes opening time while a little percentage of 5% part-time people agrees with this view. Unlike the case of IP support, the rate of students who are quite satisfied with this service is different by nearly 10%, 32% of full-time students and 23% in part-time students
