Overall, it is observed that the highest amount of sodium and saturated fats are consumed in dinner while added sugar is present in high amounts in snacks. In contrast, breakfast contains all three types of nutrients in low quantities.
Firstly, 43% of sodium is taken for dinner whereas in snacks and breakfast it stands at the same level of 14% and the remaining 24% is consumed through lunch. On the other hand, saturated fat is high in dinner with 37% and less in breakfast which occupies only 16%. However, there is a minor difference of 4% between snacks and lunch which stands at 21% and 26% respectively.
