The given pie charts depict and compare between how Australian students chose their paths after their graduation from high school in 1980, 1990, and 2000.

Overall, throughout the years, the number of Australian school levers who decided to have further education noticeably dropped, while the percentage of students who were employed was dramatically grown.

In 1980, half of Australian school levers preferred pursuing further education. This figure decreased in 1990 and 2000 (38% and 37% respectively). In addition, the number of high school graduation students who unemployed fluctuated throughout the years to be slightly dropped in the last year (10%, 12% and 8%) respectively.

On the other hand, the percentage of Australian students who were employed after their graduation was 40% in 1980, then it increased by 10% to 15% in 1990 and 2000 respectively.
