The two car parks are located at the junction of A.Avenue and C.street and the junction of A.avenue and D.street.A theatre will substitute for the former car park , whereas the latter one will be replaced by a hotel or restaurant and shopping centre.The concert hall along the A.avenue and the shopping centre along the D.street and beside the original car park remain the same as before.The library at the junction of D.street and B.avenue will be removed.At that junction , there lies an exhibition hall , which will be shifted to the original location of the library.
A council office standing along the B.avenue will be moved to original location of the exhibition hall,and open park and an underground car park will be constructed there instead.
