Overall, the temperature rises dramatically from January to July and declines in August to December while the precipitation increases slightly in May.
First of all, the amount of precipitation in January is about under 50mm then this figure rises slowly to 50mm in April. Secondly, the number of precipitation in May is higher than April by twice before growing sharply to 250mm in June then reach a peak of nearly 350mm at July. Thirdly, there is a fall of the rainfall in September to under 300mm and it still decreases to 200mm in October. In addition, the amount of rainfall in the city of Kolkata witness a huge downward, which is lower than 50mm in December.
On the other hand, similarly, there is a upward in the city of Kolkata's temperature, which is up to over 30 degrees in May, after holding 20 degrees in January. However, the figure of temperature shows a fall to 25 degrees in November before returning nearly 20 degrees in December.
