The pictures below illustrate a sizable fish’s life pattern named the Salmon.
It is vividly apparent that they turn into mature Salmons after passing three significant stages and spending a long time. In each stage, they have a prolonged limited growth.
At first, their eggs are lain near small stone, and they are being protected by reeds, which are located in upper water with slow moving. This takes 6 months approximately.
At this later stage, eggs have turned into small infants called fry. Their length is 3 to 8 cm while living in lower river with faster water speed than upper river.
After 4 years, they continue their growth and become bigger fish called smolt whose size varies from 12 to 15 cm.
Then, 5 years old smolts are considered as adult salmons when their size is in 70 to 76 centimeters limitation. Furthermore, in these phase mentioned creatures are able to live in open sea areas and continue the cycle by breeding.
