The diagram below shows how ethanol fuel is produced from corn
The diagram illustrates the process of making ethanol fuel which is made from corn.
In general, there are eight stages in total, beginning with storing corn, which is the natural material and ending with the transportation of the completed product to the business market. In addition, there are three of eight steps last long many hours, while others can be done immediately.
As can be seen from the diagram, firstly, the raw corn is stored, ready for the next stage, which is milling the combination. Afterwards, it is mixed with water and cooked for 4 hours. The next step is transporting cooked corn to fermenting until exactly 48 hours.
Regarding the next stage, it is divided into two distinct groups, such as a solid by-product and liquid. Following being the liquid, it is purified to create ethanol, which takes for 5 hours before being stored. Finally, the finished ethanol fuel is transported to be sold for costumers.
