The graph presents the process of canned fruit step by step, from fresh pear to tinned product.
At the beginning of the whole process, the fresh pears are picked from the trees and be transported to the plant by trucks. All the fresh picked pears must be washed by the water, after which they will be checked carefully, only the one with the good quality can pass to the next step. To keep fresh and good quality, those pears should be stored in the low temperature.
In the next procedure, pears taking from the storeroom need to weigh so that the average one can be selected as the raw material. Before canning, the pear needs to be peeled, cored, and cut into small pieces. After that, the sealing must be cooked with strong fire. Finally, all the cooked one must stick with labels before they are transported to the market.
