A glance at the provided diagram illustrates the stages of electrical power production from geothermal energy. In general, it is clearly apparent that there are five steps included to generate electricity that changed cold water to steam to power the turbine and generator through geothermal heat.
Looking in more detail from the diagram, the raw material needed to produce the electricity is cold water which is pumped down from container tank for about 4,5 km deep to be injected to the well. After passing injection well the water then be flowed through the geothermal zone which contained of hot rocks. After passing this process, the temperature of the water is increase. Subsequently, the hot water then reached the production well and be pumped up to the condenser. In this stage, the hot water is turned to steam. The high pressure steam will power the turbine which then affected the generator. After the generator powered by turbine, the electricity will be produced.
