The diagram illustrates about how electricity is produce from geothermal power plant from the water.
It can be clearly noticed from figure that, first of all cold water is pumpdown at a depth of 4.5 kilometres which reaches to the injection well. Then this water is transported through geothermal zone which is also known as hot rocks. After that, hot water is again pumped out with similar depth of 4.5 kms.
It can also be seen that, after the hot water is pump up, it is convey to condenser where steam is generated. These steam is usefor turbine to rotate furthermore, this rotation of turbine is used to produce the electricity in the generator. Consequently, this electricity is divert to the steel tower from where it is distribut to the other networks.
Overall, production of electricity by geothermal power plant involves five main steps starting from cold water to the electricity produced in generator and then distribution of that electricity.
