In general, there are eight steps, beginning with flour maintained in storage silos. The manufacturing process concludes with the labeling and sealing of instant noodle cups.
As can be seen in the picture, a huge amount of flour delivered by trucks is stored in silos in the first stage. In the next step, the flour, after it has been combined with oil and water, is put in a mixer to make dough sheets. After that, those sheets, moved by rollers, are cut into dough strips. Those strips are then shaped into noodle discs through a machine.
In the next stage, those noodle discs are put into empty cups with vegetables and necessary spices after they are fried with oil and desiccated. In the final step, those cups go through a labeling machine to be labeled and sealed.
