The flow chart illustrates the stages involved in manufacturing instant noodles, from transportation of starting material and all the way to sealing end products.
First on, flour is loaded upon a dedicated truck and transitioned into the specialized industrial plant. In the first part of the machine, flour is introduced from an upper hopper to be mixed with the laterally injected fluids. As soon as they homogenize, they pass into rollers that give the mixture its appropriate form as dough sheets.
The sheets, then, go through two diminution stages. They are firstly cut into parallel strips and are afterwards compressed into discs of noodles. With oil applied on them, those discs undergo automated processes of cooking and drying. Once cooked, the noodles are packaged into standard cups, where additives are introduced and proper labels placed.
In short, the production of instant noodles is a multi-staged mechanized process that starts with transportation and ends with the sealing of final products.
