The drawing illustrates the procedure of producing instant noodles.
Overall, it can be seen that there are eight main stages of the process starting from mixing flour from storage silos and ending with noodles in the form discs packed in labelled cups.
At the beginning of the process, after being delivered to storage silos, flour is combined with water and oil; subsequently, the mixture passes onto a roller and is stretched into dough sheets before being cut into thin strips at the following stage. After that, noodles are formed into discs, then are deep-fried and let dry which is followed by packaging stage.
At the last two stages of the manufacturing procedure, noodles in cups are favored with dried vegetables and seasoning packs. At the subsequent stage, those cups are labelled and sealed before being shipped to outlets to serve consumers’need.
