The diagram below shows the life cycle of the honey bee.
The chart describes how honey bees grow from eggs to grown-up individuals.
Overall, there are five main steps in the process of bees' life cycle, starting with eggs and ending with female bees laying eggs again.
Firstly, bees' cycle of life begins with bees’ eggs which hatch after nine to ten days. Five days later, these newborn species have their first moulting and they will change their appearance. Then they have to have their second moulting next weekend and they also get their own wings.
At the next stage, it takes 4 days for them to mature and they will be known as “young adults” who can fly into the sky and also have a big change in their looks. The recycling stage then begins as the females return to their birthplace and lay one or two eggs every three days. The bee’s life starts again at the same place where it began.
