Overall, it is clearly evidence from the diagram that the production of canning pears is a complex process involving many steps. it starts with collecting the pears and ends with the final canned products.
At the initial stage, ripe pears are picked by hand and then delivered to the factory where the pears are washed and checked for quality under a magnified view. The process continues with the defective pears being eliminated and the appropriate ones are cooled in storage at a specific temperature. After cold storing, they are weighed and classified into different grades before being peeled. These pears are then cored and sliced to be ready for the next stages.
At the following step, they are put through canning and sealing machines before being cooked. This also sterilizes the cans filled with pears in order to kill any bacteria. The next stages are implemented with labeling and storing the cans, and finally dispatch them to the supermarkets for sales.
