The flow chart illustrates how soft cheese is made through many stages.
It is clear that this process is relatively complex with six main stages. In particular, it begins with adding to water and milk, and ends at making soft cheese.
At the beginning of the production of this process, water is mixed with milk and put into a container. Next, this mixture is cooled at 5 Celsius in 2 hours. After that, salt is added to this mixture.
At the fourth stage in the process, they are fermented by heat at 35 Celsius in 2 hours. Following this, they are heated at 100 Celsius in 8 hours, where water is evaporated through a steam hole.
Finally, the final products are separated according to 2 ingredients, namely soft cheese, and wastewater is removed before soft cheese is cooled at 5 Celsius in 16 hours with the high thickness of the liquid before it is filtered in order for becoming soft cheese.
