The provided diagram illustrates how bricks are created for construction purposes.
Overall, it is noticeable that there are a total of seven stages in this process, which starts with the preparation of clay and finishes with delivering steps.
At the first stage of the brick manufacturing process, raw clay is dug out of the ground by a digger. After that, the clay is put through a metal grid in order to create smaller pieces before being transferred on a roller where sand and water are added. The third step involves either cutting the resulting mixture with a wire cutter or putting it into a mould, and at this point well-shaped bricks are created
In the fourth stage of the process, the well-shaped bricks are put into a drying oven for one to two days. After being dried completely, the bricks are laid in a kiln where they are baked, first at a moderate temperature (about 200 to 980 degree), then at a high temperature up to 1300 degree. Following that, the bricks are cooled down in a cooling chamber for 2 to 3 days. Then, at the final stage when the bricks are fully formed, they are carefully packaged and transported by a truck into different places.
