It is clear that seven distinct stages are shown on this process, Process begun with digging the clay and ending with delivery.
At the first stage in manufacturing bricks process, Clay is collected using a digger looking for the metal grid. Then putted in a roller mixed with sand and water to form the brick shape. Next, Bricks is formed by two methods either using the wire cutter or using the mold.
Stages four and five of the process both involved in drying the bricks. Bricks is putted in the drying oven for 24 to 48 hours. Then, To the moderate kiln in a degree between 200 to 980 after that the high kiln in a degree between 870 to 1300 then the cooling chamber is the last step in this process bricks are rested for 48 to 72 hours. Following this, The packaging step for the bricks. Finally, bricks are transported to the delivery trucks for distribution.
