It is clear that we have seven distinct stages in this process, from the digging in the clay to the eventual production of bricks for the buildings industry,
The Brick Manufacturing process
At the first stage in the brick manufacturing process, the excavator dig in the land which is rich in clay, next they separate all of the unnecessary, which is transported in a roller to get cleaner and eventually we extract the metal grid, then you can cut the brick and shape it by using sand and water or, wire cutter and a mold, stages four and five of the process is cooling and drying, the bricks is getting cooled to stay in its shape which takes 3 stages first put in in 48-72 hours, initially put it kiln and raise the temperature to 870 degree C - 1300 degree C, then in a different kiln which is way cooler, gradually its taken out to the drying oven which it takes from 24-48 hours, following this the bricks can be processed to hit the packaging process, Finally Its out for delivery, which makes the end product: brick manufacturing.
