The diagram illustrates the process of brick production.
The diagram illustrates how clay is processed in order to produce bricks for range of building necessities.
Overall, the diagram shows that before bricks can be made, it is initial for them to undergo a number of treatments. The process is complex and requires the use of the machinery.
In the initial stages of the process, the raw material clay is taken from the ground via digger, sifted through metal grid and putted on the rollers where it is submerged with sand and water. After that the material is divided into two groups: first for the mould and another one for wire cutter, both are the important parts of the bricks.
The next stages involve oven where bricks are taken in order to get dry for 24 and 48 hours. The bricks are subsequently undergo two stages of temperature regimes from moderate to high and are left for 48 and 72 hours in cooling chamber. The last stage consists of packaging and transportation to construction companies.
