Overall, there are 12 main steps beginning with fishing activity and ending with the commercial activity.
In the first stage, fish are catched in the ocean or rivers. After that, they will be transferred to the nearest ports by aquatic means of transportation. In the next step, in order to keep the fish fresh, they are frozen. Then they are washed in fresh water as soon as they are thaw, followed by being cut in half to enlarge the exposing surface. Before being smoked, the ingredients are we washed by salt water with yellow coloring.
After finishing smoking, the products are gently packed in boxes, which are subsequently stored in freezers to maintain the quality while waiting for being distributed. Trucks have the responsibility to allocate the smoked fish to fish stores, where they are ready to be consumed.
