The process diagram illustrates how five tea types are made of tea leaves process. Overall, there are different steps that are followed for the production of each tea type.
To begin with, for the production of the first type, the tea leaves were rolled. After that, they go through the drying process, where the oven assists in it. To create the third tea type, first of all, the tea leaves are inserted into the rolling machine. Following that, they undergo a slight fermentation and finally, they are dried into the oven.
According to the process diagram, the production of the forth tea type is analysed through three steps. Firstly, the tea leaves are put into the rolling machine. The next step is to ferment fully the tea leaves and last of all, the tea leaves are placed onto the oven for drying.
The production of the last type of tea begins with the crashing process, where the tea leaves turned into smaller pieces. In the subsequent stage, the tea pieces go through a full fermentation process and in the end, they are placed into the oven so as to dry.
