The diagram illustrates the stages how cocoa beans might be processed.
Overall, processing the cocoa beans consist of three steps. It shows the process from picking cocoa beans from plantation and become ready product to consumer.
In the initial stage, people harvest whole beans and started to dry them. In the process of drying they lose their outer shells.
Second step is pressing cocoa pods, so people get cocoa liquor. Cocoa Liquor is sent to the 2 different processes, they are further pressing and refining. As a result of pressing it produces cocas cake, which require grinding and cocoa, which is component of industrial chocolate. Meanwhile, industrial chocolate contain
refining liquor, cocas after pressing and sugar.
Final step is delivery to the customer. There two goods for consumer, they are cocoa powder and finished chocolate products. Cocoa cake is grinding and powder is emerged. After processing industrial chocolate, finished products are ready to consume.
