The three diagrams of West park Secondary School in three different years, 1950, 1980 and 2010, show the changes in the school map in these sixty years.
It can be observed that the place for houses in 1950 was replaced by a car park and a Science block in 1980. The Farmland in 1950 was converted to a Sports field while the main building of the school and playground remained the same for these thirty years. Later, the size of the car park increased from 1980 to 2010, covering the area of Sports fields. At the same time, the sports and playground were adjusted in the same area that was just allocated to the playground in 1980. The science block and main building of the school remained the same.
The significant change observed from these diagrams is in the car park, which did not exist in 1950 but became the largest in occupying the space in 2010. In contrast, no change in the school's building and the main road can be observed in these sixty years.
