The diagrams depict the main reasons of male and females to work from home and the hours of work of per week from their home in the year of 2019.
Overall, in the bar chart illustrates that there were the main reason to worked at home was that to save money and in the table shows males had worked for more hours than female.
In the first graph, we can see that, only 4% men was interested in doing task from home for the reason of childcare, while 26% women only want to work from home, to make the easier their children nurture. However, 11% female employees choice to worked at home for productive purpose, on the other hand, due to productive reason male employees worked at home which stand at 24%. Most of the employees ( men and women) worked from home and the main purpose was saving money which were respectively 45% and 42%.
The table of data about hours worked at home of workers, where 74% women worked under 10 hours of per week, in opposite only 3% men had to worked. Contrast by, 81% male employees worked for over 30 hours per week while 6% women did their task for over 30 hours. 10 to 30 hours of every week, both employees did worked from home respectively 16% and 22%.
