Essay topics:

The diagrams below show the stages and equipment used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features and make comparisons where relevant.

The first picture describes how cement is manufactured, and the second picture illustrates the process of producing concrete by utilizing cement.
Overall, it is evident that two main substances are passed through four distinct tools to make bags of cement. Meanwhile, the necessary ingredients to produce concrete are divided in terms of proportions.
Cement production begins with the preparation of limestone and clay. These substances are converted into powder after passing through a crusher. Mixed by a tool, the powder comes to the stage of being heated in a rotating heater. Subsequently, the resulting powder passes through a grinding machine before being packaged in bags of cement.
Regarding the process of concrete production, we can see that there are four key ingredients involved in this process. Gravel, which is also called small stones, constitutes half of the ingredients. The other substances contain sand, cement, and water, accounting for 25%, 15%, and 10% of the ingredients, respectively. To manufacture concrete, the prepared substances are put into a concrete-mixing machine.
