The diagrams below show the stages and equipment used in the cement-making process, and how cement is used to produce concrete for building purposes.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
The diagram illustrate the different stage and technology involved processing for the cement production as well as concrete production using cement for construction purpose.
Overall, there are five stage are involved of producing cement beginning with the making powder from small stone and clay and end with the packaging cement. There are four different material are used for concrete production.
According to the first diagram, the initial stage clay and limestone are put into the crusher machine for making powder. When powder out from the crusher then it stored in the mixer. The limestone and clay powder are mixing in the mixer and then the powder is passed through the rotating heater. In this step powder are rotating several times and heat is produce into the rotating heater. This process are continues until the cement is making. Then it is removed from the rotating heater and put into the grinder. The final step the ginger machine produce the cement and then cement are packaging in the begs and supply in the market.
The second diagram shows, different stage involved for macking concrete. First of all, 15% cement and 10% water are mixing into the concrete machine. Then sand and small stone are also added into the concrete machine which is 25% and 50% respectively. All material are mixing into the concrete mixer and it is rotating until the concrete are produce.
