The tow diagrams demonstrate the procedure of producing cement and concrete with specific machines and ingredients.

Overall, the first process of cement production basically has main four stages and two ingredients, whereas in making of concrete method it has only a step but raw material is measured in percentage.

First of all, the stuff of cement production is limestone and clay which are added through the either side of slide that help to add both material into crusher at the same time. After, it is changed in powdered form. Then, this powder is putted into cylindrical mixer which is further attached with rotating heater. Afterwards, the mixed powder go to heater via the pipe. later after the heating process it is again pulverized by grinder. Eventually, the ready cement mixture packed into the bags.

However, in the technique of concrete procedure there are total four ingredients are required with proper measuring. The cement in needed (15%),water (10%), sand a quarter and gravel (small granules of stone) are exactly a half. Simultaneously, all natural stuff are added into giant concrete mixer. Mixer is rotating as clock wise after mixing it will be ready.
