The first diagram illustrates the process of cement production, and the second diagram demonstrate how concrete is produced.
At the first, it is evident that there are five main phases in the production of cement, beginning with the put raw materials and ending with package the final product. To provide concrete four different materials are mixed together.
As seen from first diagram, two raw materials such as Clay and Limestone are crushed to form a powder then it is mixed by mixer and goes into retaining heater. After heating, the resulting material is placed into the grinder, and cement is produced. Finally, the cement packaged in large bags.
Regarding with the second figure, the cement along with gravel, sand and water are the four major raw materials in which is blended by concrete mixer to produce concrete. In fact, it consist 50% gravel, 25% sand, 15% cement and 10% water.
