Fast food is a part of life in many places. Some people think this has bad effects in lifestyle and diet. Do you agree or disagree? Give reasons.
Some people hold the opinion that fast food has many adverse impacts on daily lives and diet while fast food has become more essential for many places. My inclination supports the statement that excessive use of fast food has many pitfalls that eventually can be the cause of many diseases.
Nowadays, it can be seen that people has become more and more addicted of eating fast food as compare to last couple decades. One of the obvious disadvantage of eating fast food is to be getting much obesity swiftly that actually can be a reason of laziness or many illness. Furthermore, survey depicts that in between 20 to 35 years age of people prefer to eat food outside instead of home whether it is fast food or some other nourishment. Furthermore, those people who has outdoor jobs or work as a sales representatives they usually need to eat food outside of the home due to more traveling as well as fluctuation of time.
On the other hand, mostly people do not have any option to eat food at home who are living alone or working in other countries without families. And, It is very moot point that parents need to make their children habitual to eat food at home from starting that eventually will be worthwhile for health. At Last, people need to understand that eating food outside is wasting of time and money which actually ruins people's health and habits.
To sum up, it is very essential for people to understand the pros and cons of eating fast food everyday as well as avoid eating fast food as much as it can be. In this matter, parent plays most imperative role among the children to move their tendency into good habits.
