The charts have represented the difference between reason for study according to age. It also has shown the amount of support they get from employer in terms of leaves and salary.
The first given bar graph summarised the data of percentage difference in the reason for study between different age group of students. It has clarified that 80% of student under 26 have selected study for their career, while only 10% of student followed their interest for study. One the one hand, they have willingly given more importance to their career in front of their own interest in study. But the percentage difference not remain same as the age of student increases. Study reported the 5% of increase in the area of interest for study in student of 26–29-year-old. One the other hand, provided data has justified that student stated doing study for their interest in comparison to thinking about career as the age increases. Though, in grown up age (40-49) student have found selecting study considering both choices equally (50%). However, the old age group of over 49, students have preferred study more for their interest. There is an opposite percentile profile between the thinking of student under 26 to age over 49.
The second segment has represented the data of support student of different age group has received from employers. It has state, the employers recorded supporting the mostly the student under 26, 26-29, and over 49. Employers have supported around 70% of under 26 students in terms of time off and fees, etc. While, they did only 35% of support to students age between 30-39. Although, employers have helped the 45% of student aged over 49.
