As far as punctuality is concerned approximately 92% trains ran on time in 1995 which dipped in the years 1997 and 2000 increased and then drastically depleted by the year 2004 to nearly 71%.
Hence, it is evident that a decent number of travelers preferred trains but the punctuality of trains but the punctuality of trains from 1995-2004 had major concerts.
