flow chart consequences of deforestation.
The flow chart shows what typically occurs as a consequence of deforestation. Overall, there are four different pathways that lead to two main consequences.
One immediate effect is heavy logging equipment in result, the soil becomes hard and “baked which lead to rain water runs off and flooding.
Another immediate effect consequences is that fewer roots hold the top soil in place and because of that the top soil erodes.
Third effect is increased risk of burning(deliberate or accidental) which lead to waste wood from logging is destroyed after that the micro-organism are feeding on waste lost and by the following consequences lead to that pioneer species move in,vegetation is degraded and less biodiversity.
The last consequence is the plants return less moisture and because of that there is less precipitation, subsequently increased drought.
In conclusion, the clear cutting of forest lead to four main consequences which is damaging the enviroment.
