consumption in two different countries.

The given graph shows data about water use in agriculture, industrial and households all around the world from 1900 to 2000, and the given table demonstrates the water consumption in Brazil and Congo in the year 2000.
Overall, it is clear that the total water needs in the world increased significantly between 1900 and 2000 and the agriculture use accounts for the largest amount of water. On the other hand, Brazil consumes much more water than Congo in the year 2000.
In the year 1900, agriculture water using was approximately 500 km3. And the two other sectors accounted for about one-fifth of that amount. By 2000, the agriculture figure had risen to around 3000 km3 while the industrial and homes use numbers were about 1000 km3 and 400 km3, respectively.
Since Brazil has more irrigated land compared to Congo ,about 26 times, its water use per person was much greater. For more specific, in 2000 the average water consumption in Brazil was 359 m3 per person while the figure in Congo was only 8 m3 per person.
