The graph below gives information from a 2008 report about consumption of energy in the USA since 1980 with projections until 2030.Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparison where relevant.

The given line graph shows how energy is consumed in the United States since 1980 with expected consumption until 2030.

Overall, it is obvious that the figure for Petrol and Oil has increased gradually and it is expected to grow considerably until 2030.

Looking into more details, energy used in Petrol and Oil has a moderate increase of nearly 15 units of consumption during the whole period. Moreover, this figure remains to be the highest among the other uses. Surprisingly, the consumption of Coal and Natural Gas fluctuated until 2015 at about 22 units, and the projections expect that the former energy will rise remarkably from 22 to 30 units while the latest will level off until 2030.

In contrast, the report shows that Nuclear, Solar/Wind and Hydropower in 1980 stood at 4 units of consumption, making them the less use energy. After a decade, the figure for them somehow grew in variety degrees. It is clear that the consumption of Nuclear slightly climbed above 5 units afterward, while the figure for Solar/Wind seems to become stable during 50 years. At least, Hydropower will be the lowest consumption of energy with approximately 3 units.
