The graph below gives information about international tourist arrivals in different parts of the world.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
(millions)

The supplied line graph depicts the comparison of international visitors traveling to various part of the world namely North America, Central and Eastern Europe, South-East Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa and South America between 1990 and 2005. As is observed, the number of tourists to all the regions increased to different extent.

North America was on top of the list with approximately 70 millions visitors in 1990. The figure continued to accelerate moderately until reaching the peak of 90 in 2000, followed by a mild slide in the next 5 years. However, the case was slightly different for Central and Eastern Europe and South-East Asia. The former experienced an upsurge from precisely 30 millions to almost trebling its number, ending the period at the same place as North America. The latter had its figure increased moderately from 20 millions in 1900 to just under 50 in 2005.

Sub-saharan Africa and South America were joint-lowest at the beginning of the period and shared relatively similar patterns throughout the years. A tedious climb was seen in the number of travelers to both countries but South America remained the least visited one on the list.
