The line graph demonstrates the average rate of change in prices of three metals every month of 2014. Overall, the price of nickel and zinc experienced the most significant change, while the copper rate slightly change in price compared to January to December of the same year.
In January 2014, about a 6% change in nickel price, which made this metal the highest change rate. From then on, this figure experienced a sharp fall before falling to a minimum of -3% in July and fluctuated until reaching a 1% change in price at the end of December. Whereas zinc was the least change in price that only a 1% change at the beginning of 2014. This figure reached a peak at 3% change in February before rising and falling until striking 2% in December.
The proportion of change in the price of copper was 2% in January 2014. This figure varied a lot before hitting nearly the same percentage of change in January at the end of 2014.
