In 1981, the consumption of Butter stood at 141 grams, while the used of Margarine began at 90 grams. the Butter witnessed a reached a peak of 160 grams in 1986 before it decline steadily to a low 0f 50 grams in 2007. However, Margarine experience a sharp fall in 1986 before it undergo a fluctuation throughout the period.
Regarding Low fat and reduced spreads the figure start at 10 in 1996.Then, it increased dramatically during 2001 before it decline to 70 at the end of the year.
