The graph provided the information about the fish and meat consumption per person in European country between 1979 and 2004.
There was an overall decrease trend in consumption of fish, lamb and beef over the period but Chicken consumption was the only decreased one.
In the year 1979, chicken usage was only around 140 gram per person, these figures escalate dramatically and reached closely 200 grams within 10 years. Afterwards, its consumption had marginally increased up to 230 grams at the end in between of rise and fall.
On the other hand, beef consumption plummeted from 210 grams at the start to 110 grams in the year 2004. similarly, lamb consumption also had the decrease of 100 grams over the span.
There was the lowest consumption rate for fish with only 60 grams in 1979 which slightly decrease to 40 grams and hold steadily over the end of the period.
