The graph below shows the consumption of fish and different kinds of meat in a European country between 1979 and 2004.
The line graph gives information about the consumption of fish and different kinds of meat namely: chicken, beef and lamb over a period 25 year from 1979 to 2004.
It is clear from the line graph that the quatily of chicken consumed was by car highest during the period, while the others three figures witnessed a downward trends the whole time scale.
The overall for chicken consumption was an upward trend throughout in 35 year. The number of chicken started to use 150gr in 1979. Additionally, chicken consumption increased gratually until it overtook lamb and beef into 1980 and 1989. And it finished at 250gr, the one had the highest consumption rate in 2004.
On the other hand, all meat others were a downward trend during the preiod. Beef had fuctuated from 1979 to 1789 after the amount of beef fell drammtically to approximately 100gr consumed per person per week in 2004 .Similarly, Lamb consumption declined sharply over the whole timesacle. By 2004, the number of lamb at a level one third of its amount in 1979. The consumption of fish aslo decrease, but much less significantly to level 50gr in 2004 and the fish consumption was the least popular throughout the period.
