In the final years, low fat and reduced spread became the most widely spread , sitting at 70 grams and used to gain many attention when it first came out in 1996 with the amount increased steadily reaching over 81% in 2001. For the last category, margarine's consumption is very steady from 1981 to 1996, never crossed above 100 grams but it trend started to dropped down by 60 grams
