The bar chart compares the amount of money put in on five leisure activities such as Cinema, Video, Music, Publishing and Television in three areas of the world between 1995 and 2000. In general, the highest amount of money expended on entertainment facilities in USA, and the least spent in Asia over the period of five years.
Now turning to the details, in 1995, 184 billion dollars went to five types of pleasure schemes by USA, while Asia was 50% far lower, accounted for 67 billion only; Europe hold 97 billion of total expenses. It can be seen that, after 1995, all the territories experienced an increase in total expenses for all recreation until 2000. In 2000, much more money wasted by USA compare to other areas, which was showed 257 billion.
In contrary, the most popular activities were publishing and television in all provinces, whilst the less popular one was Cinema for a period of 5 years. Nearly as much money spent on television as publishing from 1995 to 2000. Similar amount of expenditures made on Music by USA, Asia and Europe over the period. The expenses remained the same on cinema between 1995 and 2000.
