At first glance, it notable that clubs number followed the upward pattern even though the decrease amount of money that was given by the city council.
Diving into the data in more detail, between years one and two, the amount of money increased slightly from 20,000€ to 25,000€. This amount rose sharply in the year three to reach the peak about 40,000€. Then, it fell down again by 1,000€ at the end period to follow downward pattern. However, during the first two years, the number of people of book club decreased slowly by 1,000 from 6,000 to 5,000. After that, it went up dramatically during the next two years to peak at about 12000 members in the last year.
