In an overview, the main means of inquiries happened through email/letter, telephone and in person
over the months from January to June.
On one hand, in person mode of inquiry was the least during January of 410, then steadily increased up to 1900 over the months till June whereas, telephonic mode struggled between 800 and 1000 till April later, had rapidly increased <span style="font-size: 19.36px;">to 1600</span> during May and June. On the other hand, letter and email mode started at 750 and decreased gradually to 300 in June.
From the given data it is observed that in-person and telephone inquiry was at the lowest during January and reached its peak during the month of June whereas, email and letter was observed completely opposite with a decline over the period of six months
