The line graph illustrates the number of enquires received in a city by the person, letter or email and telephone from January to June over a six month period in 2011.
Overall, the number of enquired received by person and telephone was an upward trend while enquire received by letter or telephone was downward trend over the period given.
In the beginning of the month, around 900 enquire received by telephone while around 780 and 430 enquire received by person and letter or email. The number of enquire received in person gradually increased exceeds the telephone in mid-march and reached the peak almost 1900, which was the highest number in the June. On the other hand, the number of enquires received by telephone had fluctuated during the first three month in 2011 was 900 to 1000 and it remain stable till April. After that, the number was dramatically increased to 1600 in June.
The number of enquire received by letter or email decreased to around 780 to 410 from January to May and it was the same during the next month.
