The graph below shows the number of enquiries received by the Tourist Information Office in one city over a six-month period in 2011.
The line graph presents the discrepancies between three types of enquiries that The Tourism Information Office had gained in the first-6-month in 2011.
Overall, it is inherent that whereas the number of questions sent via an email or letter had decreased, other ways of giving enquires had been growing.
Looking in the graph for more details, in January, the figure of personal enquiries was the lowest one being approximately 400. In addition, emails and calls were more favorable than another being about 800 and 900 respectively. Until the end of April, giving enquiries in person had not only risen significantly but also peaked at 1300 being the highest number. On the other hand, did two rests of methods fluctuate slightly. While making calls had gone up by 200, another one had reduced nearly 600.
Moreover, from April to June, personal and called inquiries had been believed to be more favorable than emails or letters. Whereas sending emails or letters as well had gone down from nearly 600 to 400 after May and remained the same figure by June, the number of enquiries received in person and by telephone had soared dramatically and achieved at approximately 1900 and 1600 in turn.
